Sam's Odyssey 101

I am one of about 25 Middle School boarders at my school who took part in a cycling trip earlier this month. We had a three-day adventure around Lake Geneva for fundraising for World Bicycle Relief. The route covered a total of 180 km, and each of us rode roughly 80 km over the three days. (We had trained for more than a month, riding on weekends.)

Day 1: Versoix → Lausanne

Day 2: Lausanne → Évian (France)

Day 3: Évian (France) → Versoix

Along the way I realized just how stunning the scenery is around Lake Geneva, both in Switzerland and France. The journey was long and challenging, but it was also unforgettable and completely enjoyable!
