Last weekend was a boarding mountain weekend. We went by bus to the Alps around Leysin. The weather was nice, and the mountains looked great. I have been to this area several times before, but the Alps are always stunning no matter how many times I visit.
The food could have been better, and the activities were not very original, but I enjoyed spending time with my old and new friends. We ate together, did the activities together, and had a good time.
One of my friends has a friend who goes to a school in Leysin, so we had a chance to see the school. It had amazing boarding facilities, and I was impressed by how nice the campus was. It was quite a different setting from my school, though.
Overall, it was a fun weekend. Now, this week is full of Summative tests.
